I'm always approachable and accessible so you'll never feel like you're doing all of the hard work all on your own - I'll be with you every step of the way.
Together we'll establish and agree short, medium & long term fitness goals which will enable me to put together an achievable, measurable, bespoke & realistic programme just for you.

TAILORED 1:1 SESSIONS
I offer 1:1 sessions, tailored individually to help you achieve any and all fitness goals including; aerobic fitness, core strength, endurance/circuit, weight loss or gain, increased muscle mass, pre/post natal training, and nutritional advice / meal planning.
Online 1:1 Tailored Session
£55 I 45 mins
Online 45 min sessions are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video. With or without home equipment I'll build a workout that meets your fitness goals, & I guarantee the same fantastic results when working with you online.
SPECIFIC 1:1 SESSIONS
I also offer more specific types of training to suit all abilities.
