JO THOMPSON
I love what I do and I love to see results. I provide expert knowledge, skills, guidance and support at every session, whilst motivating and inspiring you to become your best self.
I'm always approachable and accessible so you'll never feel like you're doing all of the hard work all on your own - I'll be with you every step of the way.
Together we'll establish and agree short, medium & long term fitness goals which will enable me to put together an achievable, measurable, bespoke & realistic programme just for you.
SERVICES
TAILORED 1:1
I offer 1:1 sessions, tailored individually to help you achieve any and all fitness goals including; aerobic fitness, core strength, endurance/circuit, weight loss or gain, increased muscle mass, pre/post natal training, and nutritional advice / meal planning.
£60 I 45 mins
These sessions will help with rehabilitation, mobility, strength and flexibility.
Online 1:1 Tailored Sessions
£55 I 45 mins
Online 45 min sessions conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video.
SPECIFIC 1:1
I also offer more specific training sessions to suit all abilities.
LOCATIONS
In-person sessions can either be in local parks around South West London, at your home, your place of work - or in my garden and indoor space if/when the weather turns!
My radius for in-person training is roughly 3 miles from Brixton, London. If you'd like me to travel further we can negotiate travel expenses.
SUCCESS STORIES
Jo is a great trainer. I loved the variation in her sessions - whole body, HIIT, arms, squats, core and abs. She keeps sessions interesting and high energy. She brings different weights as you build muscle and adds variation each week through different tools (kettle bells, ropes, weights, etc). She’s very nice and easy to get along with which makes the sessions more enjoyable!

This is to say a very big thank you to Jo. I started my fitness journey with you when I had injury on the left side of my body with sprained arm and continuous pain on my knees . You gradually worked with me until I had the full use of my arm with no pain and knees, and I now feel fitter and stronger . I am very grateful for the support. I've been training with Jo for six months and love it. I'm getting stronger all the time and can see more definition in my body. Jo always motivates you to go one step further, but in a really encouraging and supportive way, with new exercises introduced all the time that keep our sessions fun and fresh x
