TERMS & CONDITIONS

Body Couture 3000 is a community interest company

​

1. Personal Training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.  

​

2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled sessions time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer giving no less than 24 hours’ notice. 

​

3. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within a 12 week period and continued health, wellbeing and fitness training will be provided on a similar basis with adjustments to the program.  

​

4. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.  

​

5. All fees must be paid in full, in advance, for either a session or a program of exercise or fitness and a receipt or invoice will be provided.  

​

6. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. 

​

7. This agreement can be terminated in writing by each party giving a minimum notice of 8 weeks.
