I offer sessions both in person or online to suit your needs, so even if you're not based locally in South London or you'd just rather exercise remotely, we can still work together.  Regardless of whether we work in-person or online, I guarantee the same high standard of results.

In-person 1:1
Tailored Pilates Session

Tailored to your needs these Pilates sessions will help you achieve improved posture, back, neck and shoulder problems, stiffness in joints and muscles. pre and post natal pilates. Overall Improvement in mobility, flexibility and well-being.

Online 1:1
Tailored Session

£55  I  45 mins

Online 45 min sessions are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video.  With or without home equipment I'll build a workout that meets your fitness goals & I guarantee the same fantastic results via online training as I do in-person.

Fitness at Home

HIIT Session

£55  I  45 mins

HIIT  is challenging, it takes your cardio workout to another level. You’ll work up a sweat fast by working at a very intense level and then backing off for a slower recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity.

Weight Training

For those looking for more of a challenge and faster results, this 1:2:1 session is great for strength, toning and burning body fat whilst also increasing strong, lean muscle and protein intake.  All levels & abilities catered for.

Strong Woman

Resistance Training

£45  I  45 mins

In these sessions you'll use a variation of resistance bands,weighted balls and functional exercises to strengthen and rejuvenate tired or weak muscles and more importantly, body weight exercises.

FREE  I  30 mins
