    I would meet with my client to establish and agree their short, medium and long term fitness goals. I would explain in detail what the fitness programme would consist of and the importance and benefits of following a tailored programme. We would discuss likes and dislikes and this would enable me to put together an achievable and realistic programme for my client.

    The best way to achieve your fitness goals and become body confident would be to follow a structured healthy balanced diet and fitness programme put together by a professional like myself. I will ensure the programme will be varied, interesting and above all, fun!

  • 1:1 training sessions
    Each 45 minute session will leave you feeling energised, happier and stronger. My sessions aren't easy, but they're fun, dynamic and accessible to anyone who wants to push themselves, and I guarantee that you'll feel truly empowered by the end of each session. I offer 1:1 tailored sessions to fulfil any and all fitness goals and levels. I also offer focussed sessions in HIIT, weight training and resistance training as well as free taster sessions.

  • Online training
    I offer sessions both in person or online to suit your needs, so even if you're not based locally in South London or you'd just rather exercise remotely, we can still work together. Regardless of whether we work in-person or online, I guarantee the same high standard of results. ​ Online sessions are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video and with or without home equipment I will build a workout that meets your fitness goals.

    All package deals are discounted by 10%. Committing to a package deal is proven to get better results and keep motivation high. The bigger the commitment of your time and money upfront, the better the results, based on my long career as a successful personal trainer.
