My Yoga sessions focus on the finer details of yoga postures and breathing, working on both your body and mind. Typically, my yoga sessions start with meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) and warm-up postures, followed by standing and seated asanas, and a relaxing savasana to finish. I can tailor my Yoga sessions to suit all levels and styles from beginners to advance, Astanga to Hatha.
